The Hendy Group approached LSH with a requirement for a new facility in to which they could expand their existing manufacturer ranges.

LSH worked with Hendy to identify a suitable site and deliver the overall completed building and site.

The Major Projects and Cost Consultancy Team acted in the Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrators and Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor roles. The completed project was handed over to Hendy within the original budget and within programme.
